Have you joined the HOA yet?
The Stone Creek Ranch Homeowner’s Association was formed to protect the best interests of the residents of Stone Creek Ranch. Benefits of a strong HOA include maintaining common areas, listening and responding to issues of residents, increasing safety, and ultimately preserving the value of your home. Compared to other HOAs, our $20/month dues are extremely reasonable.

Joining the Stone Creek Ranch Homeowners Association (SCR HOA)
If your home is part of Stone Creek Ranch I or II*, you can join the SCR HOA by doing the following:
1. Contact Charlie Brown (President under ‘Contact Us’, or call 254-848-9806) for a copy of the deed document for your home.
2. Download the Supplemental Declaration of Covenant and Restrictions form below, sign it and have it notarized. Return the documents to any SCR HOA Board Member. You can even call us, and we’ll come get it!
3. Arrange payment. You can write a check for $240 payable to the SCR HOA, and get it to Steve Doty, or any board member along with your completed paperwork. Soon, you will be able to pay through the Pay Pal link below (coming soon).
